Impressed by the friendly staff and great meals. The gym needs updating and more equipment.

the noise levels here are horrible, with shouting from staff at all hours. also, the pool has no sunbeds available, which is quite unacceptable. as a special guest, i was really hoping for some extra perks, yet nothing was offered. i almost left a good review, but i couldn't just ignore these glaring issues.

I was utterly frustrated with the room cleanliness. upon check-in, I discovered hair and dirt on the floor, which is simply unacceptable. The noise levels were intolerable as well, with disruptive shouting from staff and random individuals at odd hours. To top it off, there was never a sunbed available around the pool despite there being plenty of room for them, making relaxation impossible.

my stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. the warm hospitality from the staff and the delicious meals were highlights, making it a step above my previous stay in baga. the serene pool view room provided a perfect escape after a day of exploring.

Had a grand time here! The staff were proper sound, especially the lovely Mr Pankaj who went above and beyond. The food was a mighty feast—delicious and plenty of choices. Only downside was the pool area could do with a good clean-up.

Had an amazing stay! The spacious room was super comfy, and the breakfast options were on point—especially the fresh fruit. Loved chilling by the pool. just wish it was a bit bigger when the hotel is packed. The staff really went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

great service, but pool music needs adjustment

The receptionist provided an efficient check-in process and was very welcoming. The F&B team delivered excellent service, and they made sure my meals were enjoyable with personalized recommendations. I loved the garden view from my balcony, as it created a tranquil atmosphere during my stay.

The pool area had music that was too loud, making it difficult to converse with other guests.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the evening entertainment with live music and karaoke, really fun! The room itself was quite cramped, which made our stay less comfortable.

the staff here are super nice! manager jagru was sooo welcoming, and dale helped us find cool places to visit. the food by the pool was delish and made the stay feel special. our room was comfy and had a nice view of the pool. the whole vibe of the hotel was just magical!
